Despite the fact that we treat each and every order individually, the same basic procedure is always followed:
1. Define the project scope
To identify the types of permissive documents required for you to do business in Russia and to determine the cost, timescales and certification scheme, we need information from you. You can send us your Inquiry by e-mail, fax or by telephone. We might ask you for more data, and as soon as there is a clear picture of your needs and capabilities, we will offer you the certification scheme best suited to your situation.
2.Verification process
Each application is subject to evaluation by some or all of the following means:

Desk audit – verification based on expert assessment of technical documentation; |

| b) |
Physical audit – verification of products, processes or production by audits, surveillance and inspections conducted by accredited experts; |

| c) |
Testing – verification of products through samples testing at accredited laboratories. |

The verification requirements will be communicated to you and thoroughly explained. The verification process will result in preparation of test protocol and/or audit report and/or expert conclusion.
3. Issuance of the permissive document
If the verification is successful, the respective certificate, licence, permit or approval testifying product or production conformity with applicable Russian standards will be issued by Accredited Certification Body or Notified Authority and delivered to you according to the agreed schedule.
4.Ad hoc consultations
Throughout the contract execution and upon issuance of the permissive documents our Clients have an opportunity to apply to our experts for Consultations. We are always open to provide advice within our competence scope.
